We provide security for festivals, private functions and community events across Torbay and South Devon, and we are building a pool of reliable SIA-licensed officers for ad hoc event work.
This role suits officers who want extra shifts alongside other work. You choose the events you are available for.
What you will be doing
- Searching and ticket checks at entry points
- Patrolling the site and keeping routes and exits clear
- Crowd management, including at the front of stage
- Responding to welfare and first aid incidents with the event team
- Recording incidents and patrol checks on our mobile app
What we are looking for
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
- Event experience is helpful but not essential
- A current first aid qualification is preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors, in all weathers, for long shifts
- Right to work in the UK
