Good event security starts weeks before the gates open. We work with you on the security elements of your event management plan, staffing levels, entry routes, search policy and emergency procedures, so the right people are in the right places on the day.

On site, our officers manage entry and searches, look after restricted areas and respond quickly and calmly if something goes wrong, working alongside your organisers, stewards, medics and the emergency services. Every officer, position and incident is tracked live on our digital reporting system.

Rotas are published to the team in advance, officers clock in on site with GPS verification, and supervisors see positions and incidents in real time. After the event we can provide, on request, a clear report of everything that happened.

Officers carrying out licensable activities such as searching and crowd control hold the appropriate SIA licence. We will advise where stewards can be used alongside licensed officers.

Qualifying events where 800 or more people may attend will fall within the enhanced tier of Martyn’s Law once it is in force. We can help you plan the security measures you will need.
