We are looking for professional SIA-licensed Door Supervisors to join our team covering licensed venues in Torquay. Shifts are mainly Friday and Saturday nights, with extra work available over bank holidays and the summer season.
Torquay has a busy late-night economy, especially around the harbour and town centre, so we want calm, confident officers who put the safety of guests first.
What you will be doing
- Controlling entry and checking ID in line with the venue's licensing conditions and admissions policy
- Searching guests consistently and courteously
- Monitoring the venue inside and out, and dealing calmly with conflict
- Looking after vulnerable guests and following welfare and anti-spiking procedures
- Recording incidents, refusals and ejections on our mobile reporting app during the shift
What we are looking for
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (or the willingness to train and obtain one)
- A current first aid qualification, or the willingness to complete one
- Good communication and conflict management skills
- Smart, reliable and punctual, with a professional attitude
- Right to work in the UK
